By downloading or using Aerofy, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Aerofy on your own devices, for your own use.

Flight information is not guaranteed

Schedules, status, and predicted times shown in Aerofy come from third-party flight-data sources. This information may be inaccurate or delayed, and must not be your sole basis for travel decisions. Always confirm flight details with your airline or the airport.

"As is"

Aerofy is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the app or your reliance on flight data shown in it.

Intellectual property

Aerofy's name, design, and content are owned by the operator. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without permission.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Aerofy after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway.
